Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SUNCITY SOLAR. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time :
  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders will not be dispatched on week-ends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you can contact us via email or telephone.

Shipping procedure with dispatch department :
  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at the time of order or dispatch as per your query/reasonable desired location.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
  • The purchasers / Distributor is liable to receive the purchase product from our dispatch department by following mode of Dispatch.
    • 1. Dispatch in person
    • 2. Dispatch through transport / courier.
      • Dispatch in person : In case customer / distributor would like to receive his/her product in person than he/she can contact the dispatch office at head office or any other outlet as authorized by the company.
      • Dispatch through transport / courier : In case customer is willing to receive the purchased product at home or nearby service provider / serviceable location by the authorized courier than he/she has to pay the extra transportation/ courier charges as decided by the company by time to time.
        Company is not to be hold responsible for any delay due to any unavoidable circumstances or delay due to transport or courier agency. Even though company have make an understanding with the best transport or courier agencies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the product.
      • Special Note : In case customer/distributor fails to receive/ upgrade the product by whatsoever reason may be within the stipulated period of 30 days from the date of purchase. He or She will only be liable for the delivery of the product. Even though the product is safe with company but the end responsibility lies with the distributor/ end user for the safe delivery of the product beyond the stipulated period of 30 days.
        The dispatch policy of the company retrieves the fact that actual and comfortable delivery/ up gradation of the product will be 30 days from the date of purchase till any further notice or any amendment made by the company.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking :
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation from our dispatch department once your order and address is confirmed containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours after dispatch. After confirming the OTP for dispatch the customer/consumer can receive the tracking number from companies authorities Toll-Free No. (1800-532-1700).

Payments :
Payment mode options for these orders can be :
  • Orders placed at office : Demand Draft, Debit Card or Credit Card or other modes as may be interpolate from time to time.
  • Orders placed at Website : Credit Card, Debit Card, Pay – by – Demand Draft / MPesa or other modes as may be interpolated from time to time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes :
  • SUNCITY SOLAR is not responsible for any customs and taxes other than GST as per invoice applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages :
  • SUNCITY SOLAR is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. The customer must share the video/photograph within 1 Hour after receiving the product to the dispatch department immediately if he/she has receive the damage product so that company authorities can help to him/her for the settling the claim with transport or courier company/agency.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. All matter are subject to Jodhpur Jurisdiction.
