Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SUNCITY SOLAR. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

Shipment processing time :
  1. All orders are processedby Suncity Solar after payment confirmation.
  2. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, you can contact us via email or telephone.

Shipping procedure with dispatch department :
  1. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at the time of order or dispatch as per your query/reasonable desired location.
  2. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unavoidable circumstances.
  3. Solar Advisor/Direct Seller/Consumer is liable to receive/collect the purchase product from our dispatch department by following mode of Dispatch.
    1. Dispatch in person
    2. Dispatch through transport / courier.
      • Dispatch in person : In case customer / direct seller would like to receive/collect his/her product in person than he/she can contact the dispatch office at head office or any other outlet as authorized by the company.
      • Dispatch through transport / courier : In case customer is willing to receive/collect the purchased product at home or nearby service provider / serviceable location by the authorized courier/transport than he/she has to pay the extra transportation/ courier charges as decided by the company.
        Company is not responsible for any delay due to any unavoidable circumstances or delay due to transport or courier agency. Even though company has made an understanding with the best transport or courier agencies to ensure the safe and timely delivery of the product.

        Each and every Solar Advisor/Direct Seller/Consumer is personally liable to collect the goods of his/her own or through transport or courier by paying the appropriate amount or charges as reasonably fix by the direct selling entity. In case of any damage or loss during courier or transportation the direct selling entity is not liable for any loss. The direct selling entity will only help to raise the appropriate claim if any just as a supportive system. He/she (Solar Advisor/Direct Seller/Consumer) is also liable to collect Products and Services of his/her own from where it reaches last by the transporter/courier/pickup point.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking :
  • You will receive a shipment confirmation from our dispatch department along with tracking/transport details in your Suncity Solar account. For more detail you can contact our Customer Care No. 95872 11700 or Email at info@suncitysolar.in

Payments :
Payment mode options for orders can be :
  • Orders placed at office: Demand Draft, Debit Card or Credit Card or other modes as may be interpolated from time to time.
  • Orders placed at Website: Credit Card, Debit Card, Demand Draft / MPesa or other modes as may be interpolated from time to time.

Customs, Duties and Taxes :
  • Suncity Solar is not responsible for any customs and taxes other than GST as per invoice applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Solar Advisor/Consumer/Direct Seller (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

Damages :
  • Please ensure that you check the product thoroughly at the time of delivery. You have the option to accept delivery after putting the suitable remarks on the POD (proof of delivery) document.
  • In case product delivered was damaged or defective, the customer must share the video/photograph at the earliest. The replacement product will be shipped to you. In case there is no such remark about any kind of damage or defect or missing item, Suncity Solar would be at the liberty to not to provide any replacement.

Special Note :
If the Customer/Direct Seller does not contact the Company for any reason, within the prescribed period of 30 days from the date of payment, to receive/collect the product, the Company will not be liable to refund the amount. But the company provides the right to the customer that after 30 days the customer can buy any product of equal or greater value from the company and its margin value will be paid by the customer only.
