How do I return an item?
Return or exchange any Suncity Solar item in just three simple steps once your product return is approved from Suncity Solar:
1. Package your return securely. Be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice.
2. Send it back to us using a trackable delivery service.
  • Returns must be shipped to us within 7 days from the date of billing (as per terms & condition of Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy.
  • Please do not combine orders for return; only one order per package.
  • Please review your Invoice and/or tax (GST) invoice to determine where to return your items or the address provided by Suncity Solar
3. Suncity Solar will process your refund within 1 week of receiving the product after inspecting the product condition (as per terms & condition of Return/Refund/Exchange/Cancellation Policy.
  • Be sure to keep the return tracking number for your records.
  • Suncity Solar does not bear shipping charges.

Can I exchange an item ?
You can exchange an item by following the 3 simple steps above to process your return and calling +91 97729 11700 to request your exchange product.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do ?
We're sorry to hear that. We realize it is an inconvenience for you and hope to make this as easy for you as possible. Please ensure that you check the product thoroughly at the time of delivery and contact us at your earliest convenience by calling +91 97729 11700 . You have the option to accept delivery after putting the suitable remarks on the POD (proof of delivery) document., and our representatives will work quickly to get a replacement product sent to you.

When I can get the Product Replaced ?
We will replace your products till 15 days from the date of product return/exchange request received. The replacement would be considered in the following circumstances:
  • 1. Product delivered was different from what you ordered (different model, size, specifications, etc.). All the parts of the product should be intact and in functional state.
  • 2. The product delivered was damaged or defective.
  • 3. Some parts / accessories of the products were missing.
In above cases of product replacement, you will be provided with a fresh product / missing part / accessories.

When I ship the product to Suncity Solar for any reason whatsoever. Is the shipping cost refundable ?
The Consumer/Suncity Solar Advisors will be responsible for paying the own shipping cost for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. In some exceptional cases, if the cost of the shipping is paid by the Suncity Solar/ franchisee/ pickup Centre, the shipping cost of the return product will be deducted from the refund amount.

How do I cancel the ordered product ?
Order Cancellation is allowed only till the time the order is not processed for shipment. Once the order is processed, it cannot be cancelled.
